Highlife Luxury – Terms of Service & Rental Agreement

Welcome to Highlife Luxury. These Terms of Service govern all vehicle rental agreements, bookings,

and services provided by Highlife Luxury (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you

acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.

1. Eligibility & Requirements

  • Renters must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license (U.S. or international).
  • Proof of full-coverage insurance is required for all rentals.
  • Renters without personal insurance must purchase temporary coverage approved by Highlife Luxury before pickup.
  • Highlife Luxury reserves the right to cancel or deny any booking at its discretion.

2. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle delivery:
  • $400 for Economy vehicles, $600 for Luxury vehicles, $1,000 for Exotic vehicles.
  • Deposits are held 48–72 hours after return for inspection and toll verification.
  • Deposits may be used to cover damage, late fees, cleaning, tolls, or violations.

3. Mileage & Fuel

  •  Each rental includes 150 miles per day. Extra miles are billed at $1 per mile.
  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level or a $55 refueling fee will apply.

4. Conduct & Vehicle Use

  • Racing, reckless, or off-road driving are strictly prohibited.
  • smoking is prohibited unless a designated smoking package is purchased in advance. Unauthorized smoking results in deposit forfeiture and cleaning fees.
  • Violations will result in deposit forfeiture and/or rental termination.
  • Vehicles must remain within Florida unless written approval is granted.
  • All vehicles are GPS-monitored and subject to the 3-strike speeding policy.
  • Speeding or dangerous driving may result in warnings or immediate rental termination.

5. Damage, Loss, & Liability

  • Renters are fully responsible for all damage, theft, loss, or towing during their rental period.
  • If insurance denies coverage for any reason, renter is fully responsible for all damages, losses, and related costs, which may be up to 3× the vehicle’s value.
  • Highlife Luxury may charge for repair costs, diminished value (10% of repairs over $499), and administrative fees ($50/$100/$150 based on cost).
  • Renter is responsible for all tolls, tickets, and violations during rental.

6. Fees & Charges

  •  Tolls and violations: charged plus up to $25 admin fee per incident.
  • Wrong return location: greater of $300, $4/mile, or adjusted rental rate.
  • Late balances accrue 1.5% monthly interest.
  • Premium cleaning: $300 (charged if vehicle is returned excessively dirty).
  • Airport delivery outside Broward & Miami-Dade: $100 flat fee.
  • Extra driver: $50–$100 depending on duration.
  • Fuel return package: $55 optional add-on.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  •  Bookings canceled due to renter error, invalid documents, or non-compliance incur a 25% fee.
  • Cancellations by Highlife Luxury (mechanical, safety, weather) are fully refundable.
  • Deposit refunds are processed within 48–72 hours after inspection.

8. Handoff & Inspection

  • Renter must present valid ID and insurance at pickup.
  • Pre-rental and post-rental inspections are conducted with photos and notes.
  • Any new damage or excessive wear may result in deduction from the deposit.
  • Vehicle will not be released without signed agreement and payment

9. Speeding & Compliance Policy

  • Vehicles have GPS and speed tracking for safety.
  • Three-strike speeding rule: warnings on first two, deposit forfeiture and repossession on third.
  • Reckless or impaired driving results in immediate termination and full financial liability.

10. Payment & Late Terms

  • Full payment must be received before rental begins.
  • All balances unpaid after return will incur 1.5% monthly interest until settled.
  • Failure to pay may result in collections or legal action.

11. Legal Responsibility & Enforcement

  •  Renter is responsible for all damage, loss, theft, and any resulting costs.
  • Highlife Luxury reserves the right to repossess vehicles remotely for contract violations or
  • non-payment.
  • If renter’s actions result in vehicle downtime, renter owes loss-of-use equal to the daily rate
  • multiplied by downtime days.


12. Communication & Cooperation

  • Renters must maintain open communication with Highlife Luxury staff.
  • Failure to respond to messages or calls may result in early termination.
  • Customer support is available 24/7 for emergencies or assistance.

13. Legal & Arbitration

  • All rentals and disputes are governed by Florida law.
  • Binding arbitration will occur in Miami, FL.
  • By renting, renter waives right to trial by jury.

14. Privacy & Data Use

  • Renter information (license, insurance, contact) is used solely for verification and booking.
  • Highlife Luxury does not sell or distribute renter data to third parties.
